Detailed description is IEEE develops your professional identity in IEEE's designated fields of interest: sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). We have lead and hosted several community outreach programs, such as, project management workshops, FLL events, and a STEM conference aimed towards middle school girls. All of these programs offered networking opportunities, certifications, accolades, and growth opportunities that aren't offered in the classroom. We have traveled, competed, designed and built innovative projects to expand upon curriculum objectives. We are constantly researching and building new projects that could, one day, help advance humanity. We are also closely working with the local school systems to help and encourage girls to pursue higher education in the STEM fields.
