Detailed description is The hours are for food service. Our lounge is open until at least midnight, every night.. VIA Birch Bay Cafe and Bistro was opened August 11, 2012. The owners, Yoon and Jefferson Oh had a vision of a cafe that had quality food, yet the average person could afford. To accomplish this, they hired quality people and take an active role in the management of the restaurant themselves. . . The restaurant is the only business on the water side of Birch Bay. The sunsets are spectacular. Many customers have commented that they feel like they are on a ship, except it doesn't roll with the sea.. . Surveys taken of patrons of the restaurant overwhelmingly feel the food is good. Many have expressed that they feel it is the best food in the area. We at VIA are proud of our food and service.
