Detailed description is VJs Butcher Block is an old school butcher shop. We provide our guests with many raw cuts of proteins as well as a large variety of smoked items.. VJ's carries 100% grass finished beef cuts from Kauai and Big Island, organic chicken from Big Island, wild caught venison from Molokai, pastured gmo free pork from Oahu and Oregon, Ami Ebi shrimp wild caught off Lanai and a large assortment of wild caught fish from the Islands. VJ's also makes jerky, bacon, sausage and deli meats in house. Our meats never contain any added hormones, dyes, preservatives or steroids. Please email for a full menu with prices...
