I am your trainer Devrin Batiste and my purpose for creating this page is to promote my personal training business and more importantly, to help you all lose weight, gain muscle, and live healthier lives.
I know its hard to eat healthy living here in south Louisiana but you can eat tasty food that is also healthy.

This page will consist of dieting advice, workout advice, and I will answer questions that you all may have.
For everyone that I train, with your permission I will post before and after pictures.
I am here to help everyone that wants to be helped.

For training services, most trainers charge on a per hour basis.
My packages are:.

5 session package + 1 free = $100.
10 session package + 2 free = $175.

The sessions are two sessions per week and payment is made on the first session.
I also have a $50 per session charge for those that do not want to purchase a package.
Custom packages are also available.
