Eligible populations are individuals, families, children, youth, disabled and elderly of Cleburne County, as well as their caregivers, regardless of their marital status, race, sex, creed, national origin, veteran status, disabling condition, or cultural background/religious beliefs.. . HEARTS provides appropriate services to eligible persons needing to increase their capacity to achieve independence and self-reliance, thus improving their dignity and self-worth within the community.. . . . OBJECTIVES. . HEARTS will strive to meet the basic needs within the capability of the organization and its resources.. .
