It will NOT be refunded under any . circumstance.. . Balances/Payments. Balances for ALL orders will be due upon completion & BEFORE your order ships. If your order does not require a deposit, 100% upfront payment is required.. . Turnaround Times. Current turnaround times become effective from the day you PAY for your order—NOT from the day you discuss it with me. I do not & will not begin an order or even buy the materials for an order until it is paid for or until a deposit is paid. Therefore, if my turnaround time is 2 weeks (which it usually is), & you pay for your order on Fri., Aug 5th, you can expect that it will be shipped around Fri., Aug. 19th, even if you messaged me to discuss the order on Mon., Aug. 1st.
