(where you will find a boat launch/beach/fishing/camping and more) The house is 30 minutes outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas traveling west on Rt. 270 near Mt. Ida. Lofted Cabin has sleeping for 7 with Master Bedroom, log cabin style bunk bed (queen bottom/twin top) , and a loft sleeping area with King bed. . Main house has beautiful pine wood floors, Cathedral Ceiling, and fireplace. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious for large groups. Two Master Bedrooms, one with sliding glass door leading to a private deck with a view of the crystal fountain, Gazebo and wooded back yard. Third bedroom has queen bed and twin murphy bed, Fourth bedroom is a kids bunk bed room with twin top/double bottom and another twin bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room and a roll-out bed in closet to put where needed.. . The Cabin offers a romantic smaller space 'just for two' with queen size bed, bathroom with clawfoot tub, and equipt kitchenette. It is available as an addition to the Main House or as a separate rental. . . The Studio, was designed with TEENS in mind! It is located in between the Cabin and Main House and is available for extra sleeping only. It has two full size beds, a futon and twin bunk bed. (no separate bath in here). . The Lofted Cabin has been designed with sleeping in mind! It has one private bedroom with full size bed, a log cabin style bunk bed in common area, and a loft sleeping area with king bed. This unit has one full bath and kitchenette and can be rented as a separate unit or in addition to the other units. Sleeps up to 7. .
