He is also recongnized for his total exterior designs which include landscaping, lighting, ancillary water features, deck treatments, outdoor kitchens, etc. His largest project to date is one he did in Texas which involved placing of 180 tons of stone to create a spectacular grotto with various waterfalls and tunnels. He moved to Sarasota more than ten years ago.. . In 2002, Lucas started Lucas Lagoons Inc. as a company specializing in exterior design as well as luxury lagoons. Every project has been designed and built by Lucas. The company has been successful from the outset.
