Front hand springs, back flips, punch fronts, and back tucks and lay outs. . . Team practice:. Thursday evening 6:00 to 8:00.. Anyone can join the team. Eveyone competes at there own age level and ablity. Competition brings out the best of the athlete. Also teaches great disaplaine.. . Rec. class fees are $30 per month for 1 hour class per week and $20 per year registration fee. No uniforms. t-shirt and shorts and socks for double mini.. .
