There was mentoring through teachers, officers, our Alumni Association, along with supporting organizations such as; the American Legion, the American Legion Auxiliary, the Sons of American Legion (and other organizations inclusive), to see to it that our students went on to have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and become responsible and independent citizens.
The former Indiana Soldiers' and Sailors' Children's Home became a safe haven to thousands of children from 1886 until it was forced to close in 2009.
This Alumni page is established to help keep a constant bond between our Alumnus and friends.
They might be able to close the Home, but they will never break the bonds of brothers and sisters.
