You will love our resort for so many reasons but mostly, because we are truly a community since we have full time, year round residents as well as seasonal tenants. That makes us like family and we love the feeling of belonging that we get from this type of living. We are a 45+ community, where most are 55+ which gives us a more diverse community. We have so much fun with group activities, all year through, but especially during the summer when our park along with our city fills up and the weather allows for more outdoor activity. We do events to benefit local 501C3 (non-profit) agencies within our community and have game nights, movie nights, pool tournaments, pot lucks, barbeques and fireside music and social events, just to name a few! We are hoping to have classes during the summer, taught by our tenants, for things like yoga, knitting and crocheting, arts and crafts and whatever talents our residents have and are willing to share. If you are interested in giving classes or coordinating an activity, we would love and appreciate your contribution. We have a spacious clubhouse for activities, meetings, classes and gatherings of all sorts. We even have a computer with a printer for resident use. We have free cable TV in the clubhouse for our residents and free WiFi too! We have laundry facilities on site and have public showers and restrooms. . We are within walking distance of shopping, a half a mile from National Forest Service Parks, Close to golfing, fishing, camping, hiking and still tucked away in the pines where it is nice and peaceful.
