PYEF is a not-for-profit corporation established by Piikani Nation Chief and Council. The mandate & purpose of the Foundation are set out in accordance with the provisions established in the Piikani Settlement Agreement. PYEF's goal is to assist Piikani Nation members by creating programs which cater to an array of interests and pursuits, from recreation, Education, culture and entrepreneurial development. Our Goal is to enable youth to participate in activities that may otherwise be inaccessible. PYEF Board of Directors have vested interest in upholding the position of community-minded stewards of the funds entrusted to the Piikani Nation through the Settlement Agreement (2002). PYEF Goals & objectives are to improve and increase opportunities for Piikani Members in providing additional training and workshops to improve & enhance skills PYEF proudly supports Piikani Members and organizations that endeavor to serve youth by offering programs, events and projects from recreation, education to culture with the objective of enhancing community resources.
