Jayme & Brian met in 1999 working together at the Old Chicago in the Old Market of Downtown Omaha. With over 35 years of combined restaurant experience, Jayme and Brian knew exactly what kind of restaurant they wanted to open when the time came. A neighborhood bar that was warm and welcoming with scratch made food and friendly service. . . The Salty Dog has become pretty well known for our signature CharBuff Wings.
