THE WORKS HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER. 24 HOUR GYM RULES AND REGULATIONS. . Weights and/or accessories MUST be put back where they . belong. It is a matter of safety and a matter of being . courteous. Please do not slam or throw weights. We will be . monitoring for compliance of this requirement. . No rough-housing, horse-play, or fighting inside, or outside, of . facility.. . If FOB is lost or stolen, there is a $15.00 replacement fee. . Please notify office during business hours if FOB has been . lost or stolen.. . Be respectful to other members. Please refrain from vulgar or . abusive language.. . Be respectful of equipment and facility. You are responsible . for any damages that you cause. . . Deactivation of FOB will result if account balance becomes 30 . days overdue, or if account reaches expired status for more . than a week. There is a $20.00 reactivation fee. Even if . deactivation of FOB occurs, member is still responsible for . balance on contract and/or account.. . The works is being monitored by video survellance 24 hours a . day. An alarm system is activated during non office hours. . The only door available for 24 hour use at this time is the side . glass door.
