Detailed description is The Crop, Soil, and Environmental Sciences Club at the University of Arkansas. We are the Crop, Soil, and Environmental Sciences (CSES) Student Club and official American Society of Agronomy (ASA) - Students of Agronomy, Soil, and Environmental Science (SASES) Chapter for the University of Arkansas. . . We would like to invite all University of Arkansas students who are interested in learning more about agronomy, crops, soils, and environmental sciences to join and participate in our undergraduate student club.. . Our goal is to promote agronomic education through hands on learning projects and community outreach programs throughout the state of Arkansas. Activities include: planting trees at a community wide urban stream bank restoration project, a CSES adopted street clean-up, guest speakers, hiking, various social events, SASES video and poster competitions, and the ASA regional, and national meetings held each year.
