Detailed description is We are Westview Peer Counselling, a club dedicated to helping students through tutoring, conflict mediation, mentoring, and awareness programs.
Hello.
Westview High School Peer Counselling, or PC for short, is a club dedicated to helping students who attend our school.
Our club is divided into four sections: .

+ Tutoring : Provides one-on-one tutoring for students on their own .
schedules, making it easy for anyone to get help in any subject.
To get a tutor, fill out a short form that can be found by Mrs Roth's room and in the Wolverine Center.

+ Mentoring : Supports students in a way that helps them adjust to school and feel more confident in the school environment.
Hopefully we can make everyone feel at home here at Westview.

+ Mediation : Conflict is unavoidable in life, both in school and at home.
We all are aware of some of the conflicts; bullying, drama, fighting, etc.
Counselors assist students in resolving these conflicts in a comfortable, confidential environment.
For mediation, submit a brief application form available in the Wolverine Center..

+ Awareness : Raises awareness about powerful issues in the community, with an event every two months in the quad.
Topics include: Suicide Awareness, Red Ribbon Week/Drugs, Bullying, etc.
