After sitting around trying to figure out what to do as not only extra income, but something that is fun and we enjoy, my best friend and I decided to start with crafts. Everyone loves crafts, especially homemade! We love working with wood. Natural wood from pine to oak to maple to spruce. Wood burning, painting, varnishing, staining, customizing and personalizing items is so much fun! Having done a few items for family members and getting the reaction I did, it inspired us to continue and expand our wood working capabilities. Diana does a lot of the painting and I do a lot of the wood burning. Our husbands (thank the good lord) cut the slabs and pieces for us. It's a perfect match with all of us involved to some degree! :) We also are experimenting with glass cutting and making items out of empty bottles. We are catering towards the vacationing people.
