It's a milk-shake ale brewed with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, lactose and a Dole Whip(which is a smoothie made of bananas, pineapple, coconut and lime) The sour part is more of a light tartness which is up front with the strawberry and banana. The finish is coconut and vanilla. It's a well balanced swirl of fruity flavors that brought an immediate smile to my beer hole. I was actually sad when I had emptied Das Boot but then immediately remembered I had more! It was kind of like remembering it was a four day workweek on Wednesday. The Sonic Pairing: For this carousel of sweet flavors that drinks easy and smooth I chose Come On Feel The Lemonheads by Boston's alt-pop masters The Lemonheads.
