Cloud County CC maintained their respective No. 1 and No. 2 rankings. The Tritons added or improved nine top-10 marks this past weekend, while the T-Birds helped themselves with six, including a national leader from
Daniel Cope in the weight throw at 19.04m (62-5¾).
South Plains (Texas) jumped one spot from No. 4 in Week 3 to No. 3 in Week 4. The Texans have 14 marks that are ranked among the national top-10, including a national leader from
Romaine Beckford in the high jump at 2.20m (7-2½).
James Hampton is ranked second nationally in the high jump to give them a solid 1-2 punch in that event.
