4th marijuana shop gets OK from Port Huron's planning commission

The project manager for the Nirvana Center said they hope to be operational, if able, in 90 days at 1007 Lapeer Ave., where a Pizza Hut was formerly located. So far, no permitted marijuana shops have opened in the city.
