Immense changes are coming to Toronto's Golden Mile. 
As the city braces itself for the long-awaited completion of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, it's a developers' race to densify the areas closest to future subway stations. 
Golden Mile, Scarborough's stretch of Eglinton Ave. East between Victoria Park and Birchmount Road, will soon be completely rebuilt around a number of LRT subway stations.
