Amanda Gorman's three books get million print orders due to high demand

Amanda Gorman, the youngest known inaugural poet in U.S. history, is set to publish 1 million copies each of her three books under a new deal.
Viking Books for Young Readers, an imprint of the Penguin Random House publishing company, will publish 1 million hardcover copies of Gorman’s book “The Hill We Climb: An Inaugural Poem for the Country,” which is set to be released March 16, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The book was previously set to be published on April 27 with a smaller number of copies.

Gorman read a copy of her poem “The Hill We Climb” at President Biden’s inauguration last week, and her work immediately skyrocketed across the country.
