That was the exchange between Bhavin Patel and Michael Smith, the principals of Green Harvest Capital of Akron, as a ballcap-wearing motorist in a BMW sped off after asking the two if the Shaker Crossing Apartments in Shaker Heights was up for sale or just changed hands. It was neither.
