At a recent swing-voter focus group, the WA Liberals’ campaign brains thought they finally had a message they could work with.
Voters were shown a headline: “Mark McGowan says your water bill needs to go up.”
Mark McGowan is on track for a comprehensive victory on March 13, thanks largely to his government’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.
