Benson man to serve 10 years' probation in sex assault of minor, prison sentences stayed

Noe Cervantes, 21, of Benson, will avoid prison time provided he comply with a 10-year supervised probation sentence. Cervantes was accused of raping and sexually assaulting multiple minors of the course of 10 months.
