Bulgaria's Synergon Holding unit finalises 1.9 mln euro sale of mill

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Thursday that its wholly-owned unit Energy Delta has completed the sale of flour mill operator Petromel 2 to Zlatiya Agro for 3.72 million levs ($2.3 million/1.9 million euro).
The transfer of ownership was entered into the commercial register on December 10, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
Petromel 2's mill is located near the town of Montana, in northwestern Bulgaria.
Zlatiya Agro is fully owned by private investor Kiril Ivanov, according to registry agency data.
