CHELMSFORD, MA — There will be no local town-run coronavirus vaccination clinic in Chelmsford, thanks to several significant changes to the state vaccination rollout plan, the town announced Friday.
"Based on the decision by the State of Massachusetts, the Chelmsford Board of Health will no longer receive COVID-19 vaccine to administer first round doses," the health department said.
Gov. Charlie Baker announced Wednesday the state would be funneling more resources toward its largest vaccination sites at the expense of community-focused ones.
