China's Dec forex reserves return to above $3.2 trillion, to help cope with external uncertainties

Data released by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) on Sunday showed that China's foreign exchange reserves reached $3.238 trillion as of the end of December, up 2.1 percent month-on-month.
