Chinese vice premier arrives in Shanxi after coal company building fire kills 26

Appointed by President Xi Jinping, Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing traveled to North China’s Shanxi Province with a working group on Thursday afternoon to guide the rescue operation and emergency response after the fire at an office building of a coal mine killed 26 and hospitalized 38 people on Thursday.
