Chugwater's Celebration Of Its Famous Chili Gets A New Permanent Venue

The 37th annual Chugwater Chili Cookoff, which will be held this Saturday, now has a permanent location. Joshua Hopkins has bought a lot and is turning it into an arena where the famed annual cookoff will be held each year.
