But this might have been a moment when you wanted your voice heard, but whats the strategy behind why they want to ask these details to buttress her credibility i think its probably to shame him as much as anything else to try to get the details out. I think that the defense made a mistake by not making the same objections and the right objections were talking about that by letting some things lie the same time theres a reason, sometimes not to do that. I think that would have destroyed her credibility. I suspect there was some witness prep around that and they told her, look, however you feel about save that. And so i think its fine that she says she hates him. She also said she wants to see him in jail if hes convicted. And so i think theres not that but much of Defense Lawyers can do with that. Yeah. So it may be that the core appeals are simply going to take it makes some law. So this is how were going to define now with an prosecutors conflicted out of a case with an ot, theres a disqualification issue that has merit and move forward. But at the end of the de i mean, its a delay in the case. I think we all see that. Thats a win for the defense because the case is cleaning pushed off. But the truth is, i mean, if we really take the court of appeals out of it, this case was never going to get tried before the election. Anyway, sort of this whole idea that the case might be somebody want to try it in august or whatever that was a pipe dream. Well, she just said she wanted adel in six months that was never going to happen. But you agree this is by the way, three out of four trials that had been delayed. And i think, you know, im not so sure that the court wont change their mind because we have these two cases in dc, there was a Lower Court Opinion and they have all gone onto the supreme court.
