cognizant: Cognizant bribery trial delayed as key witness unable to appear in court

The trial involving two former Cognizant executives in a bribery case has got delayed as a key witness Srimanikandan Ramamoorthy's passport has been held by the Enforcement Directorate in India which is investigating the same case.
