Constable: Blizzard? Prairie fires once were 'demons' in what's now the suburbs

Sure, it's cold and gray, but at least the suburbs aren't prone to wildfires. That wasn't always the case, as a new study finds this area was home to hundreds of blazing tallgrass prairie fires between 1673 and 1905.
