Corrective Services New South Wales says it has no plans to allow a convicted paedophile to return to live on the state's South Coast after residents petitioned for him to be barred from the region.
Key points:
Hundreds of residents signed a petition calling for William Costellia-Kamm to be denied access to the Shoalhaven after a Supreme Court judgement last week 
The decision was made based on the "stringent" conditions Costellia-Kamm would have to adhere to, but required a sign-off from Corrective Services NSW
