Budapest, Apr 19 (Prensa Latina) Representatives of Cuba and the Hungarian Workers' Party on Monday commemorated Cuba's triumph in the US-supported invasion of Playa Girón (Bay of Pigs) in 1961).
Members of the Cuban Embassy and the president of the Hungarian Workers' Party, Gyula Thurmer, participated in a ceremony at the headquarters of the organization in Budapest.
Expressing his solidarity with Cuba, Thurmer wished every success to the 8th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), which will close on Monday after four days of sessions.
