Cuomo ally Linda Lacewell to resign from Financial Services

The longtime Cuomo ally told employees she plans to resign from her post atop the financial regulatory agency on Aug. 24, the same day the disgraced governor will cede control of the state to Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul.
