Dana Point Harbor Redevelopment Approved

Bellwether Financial Group’s $330 million redevelopment of Dana Point Harbor received the California Coastal Commission’s permit in a final vote of approval,
The project includes renovating an aging marina and building new restaurants, shops and hotels. The redevelopment plan is expected to be completed in 2026.
“We have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to revitalize this iconic Orange County asset and create a destination for generations to come,” said Joe Ueberroth, founder and president of Bellwether.
Ueberroth and his team worked with the California Coastal Commission to design a project that benefits the environment, the community and visitors from around the world, the company said in a statement.
