to great, and for those people who are beginners, i'm gonna take you from beginner to advanced. and if you're already strong, insanity is that kind of program that's gonna make you stronger because it's gonna push you, it's gonna make you push yourself. >> insanity really appealed to me because it seemed like such a challenge. i can remember one instance where we were doing moving push-ups. i got to one of them and i was like, "i cannot do one more," and i was a split-second away from quitting and he was like, "don't quit! don't stop!" >> shaun: you're right there! you're right there, c'mon, go! go! c'mon! >> i just told myself, o.k., jonathan, it's just for 60 days. just do it, get through it and afterwards, you can go back to doing your normal routine. but the thing is, afterwards, i didn't wanna go back to my normal routine. >> yeah, i mean, i like to say that once you've done an insanity workout, every other workout becomes easy. >> i'm very, very satisfied with the results that i got with insanity. i gained muscle mass. i went from 19% body fat down to 9% body fat. so you got the abs, got the shoulders... i can do a little chest pump...
