DOJ to raise new issues in stronger case vs CPP-NPA

While the Department of Justice is dropping the option to file an appeal, the agency will raise new issues on its “stronger” proscription case against the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army after a Manila court junked its bid to declare the communist group as a terrorist group.
