CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Taco Bell is North Carolina’s most popular taco restaurant. According to a Top Data study, the chain saw a 12.8 percent increase in taco consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s despite the fact that 23 percent of those surveyed claim they do not eat tacos at all.
