Egypt, China Stress Importance of an Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza

Egypt and China on Wednesday agreed on the crucial importance of reaching an urgent and immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and rejected any forced displacement of the Palestinians outside their land. During talks with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping in Beijing, President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi affirmed that the implementation of the two-state solution is the fundamental guarantor to restore stability and establish peace and security in the region.
