Extraterritorial nature of US blockade of Cuba decried in Panama

Panama, Apr 4 (Prensa Latina) Ambassador to Panama Victor Cairo on Thursday denounced the extraterritorial nature of the blockade imposed by the United States on Cuba for more than six decades.
