Family suing Rady's over surveillance

Rady Children’s hospital secretly surveilled a bedridden teenager and her parents, using at least one hidden camera in a hospital room, and according to a lawsuit filed by the family, it was done without a warrant. The family is now suing Rady and San Diego County in federal and state court. In other news, open enrollment for Covered California is here again.
