Headquarters in arlington, virginia. Joe biden spent his day trying to save votes in pennsylvania. The crowds that biden has drawn, well, theyre de minimis in comparison to those drawn by President Trump at his massive rallies all across the country. And thousands of supporters last night in michigan showed President Trump just how much they want him to remain president of the United States. We love you thank you. Dont make me cry. Dont make me cry. [cheers and applause] you know, if i started to cry, theyd have a big story. Theyd say the president broke down and cried. [laughter] and i dont know if thats good for us. Probably could maybe it brings me four or five points, huh . I dont care. But thats really nice. You know, its never been said before. They say weve weve liked ronald reagan, but they say thats the love. We love you. Think of it when you think about it, right . [cheers and applause] lou love in michigan and across the country. The president and the Biden Campaign will be keeping a close watch on the critical swing states. Those states will likely decide the outcome of tonights election. We are just under two hours away from the closing of the first polls. Florida may provide us with the earliest indication of where this night is headed for the former Vice President and for President Trump. Polls in the eastern time zone of the astronaut close at 7 p. M of the state close at 7 p. M. From there the numbers will come in, and we expect those numbers thick and fast. Ohio starts reporting numbers at 7 30. Ballots in the state, however, can be accepted for ten days, ten days after the election. [laughter] at 8 p. M. The Florida Panhandle as well as pennsylvania, texas and michigan will begin to report their votes. Texas is expected to report most of their votes tonight. And pennsylvania will be accepting ballots for three more days after this election pending a Supreme Court ruling. And michigans radical dem leaders have already warned voters not to expect full Election Results tonight. No, that would be inconvenient to them and their political interests. North carolinas statewide results have been delayed until 8 15. They were supposed to report at 7 30. But the state board of elections today extended voting hours at four polling locations where there were delays. By 9 p. M. Eastern, numbers from the hot lucontested hotlycontested states of arizona, minnesota and wisconsin will begin to roll in. Election officials expect to count votes fairly quickly in those states, but there is still a pending legal case against minnesotas are you ready for this . Sevenday ballot extension. What sense does any of this make . Well, well make sense of it as best we can here tonight and throughout the evening. President trump today had this to say about those ballot extensions in critical democratcontrolled swing states. You have to have a date. And the date happens to be november 3rd, and we should be entitled to know who won on november 3rd. And if somebody comes along and puts a ballot in way late, they shouldnt be they should put the ballot in earlier. Theres no reason why they cant put the ballot two weeks earlier or one week earlier. I think its a very dangerous decision for our country. In many ways dangerous, in many ways. Lou you know, as a usual in politics things are sometimes worded in upside down manners, and certainly calling this early voting really means late voting and lawsuit counting. Finish late counting. Fox News White House correspondent john roberts has more on President Trumps day. John, hows the president feeling about tonight . Reporter president said that hes feeling pretty good after a blistering threeday swing through all of the swing states, 14 events the president had. You know, lou, you pointed out that more than 101 Million People have voted already, but that means millions more were going to vote today, and thats why the president held those 15 rallies in the last three days to hit all of those voters who were going to go out today, to turn up voter enthusiasm. One of the things that we talk about thats so important in getting out the vote is voter intensity. And judging by the thousands of people that came out for President Trump even when the weather was freezing cold and the wind was howling in places like scranton, pennsylvania, travers city, michigan, all of those people came out just to see President Trump which had himming again, feeling pretty good about his chances tonight. Heres what he said earlier today visiting his Campaign Headquarters in virginia. I i think pennsylvanias very important. Floridas very important, obviously. A lot of people talked about texas, and texas is we will have a tremendous victory there based on, you know, everything that you see. This is no longer polls, this is now were looking at whats happening. [inaudible] itll be a tremendous victory in texas. Im hearing were doing tremendously well in arizona. I think were doing well all over. Reporter the president s campaign told me a short time ago things are looking very good in florida as well. The president will be are watching the results coin tonight, lou, from the residence and the oval office as well. Meantime, the Trump Campaign has a war room set up in the Eisenhower Executive Office building across from the white house. The campaign assures us none of this is being done at taxpayer expense, they are paying for everything. Obviously, the president wants to win tonight, but listen to how he put it earlier today. Winning is easy. Losing is never easy. Not for me, its not. But i think we have when you see rallies the likes of which in the history of this country, probably in the history of the world nobodys ever seen before, theres a tremendous love going on in this country. And theres really a tremendous unity. Reporter talked to a number of people in the Campaign Today as well as around the white house, lou, they say two or three different pasts for the president to get to 270. One goes through pennsylvania, another through michigan, theres even some people who believe that because of fear of more coronavirus lockdowns in the Casino Industry which would devastate it even further, that nevada may go for President Trump. Theres some people who think he might flip minnesota as well. Pennsylvania, theyre not so sure about because of this extended voting deadline you were talking about earlier. We should also point out, lou, that there was a ring of security around the white house, the entire complex all the way down to e street and the i lip sis has been surrounded by that nonscalable fence, but we can already hear the protests starting just outside of that fence, so its going to be a long night tonight, lou. Lou and presumably, they dont know the results in pennsylvania. Is it unfair, inaccurate of me to say whats expected in pennsylvania is outright cheating . Is that part of the problem . Reporter well, your word, not mine. But what i can tell you lou right. What im hearing from the campaign is that theyre concerned about postelection day, quote, shenanigans, as they put it. Ive heard some analysts say President Trump would need to win pennsylvania by four points tonight in order to make up for anything that happens during the threeday vote counting period after that which, again, lou, why theyre looking at pennsylvania with a not so hopeful eye but looking at michigan, potentially minnesota as other i ways to get to 270. Lou yeah. What i hear is with this enthusiasm across some of the swing states is that the president s path to 270 seems to be widening a bit, perhaps more than a bit from the polls that weve seen for month after month after month. Think thats a fair statement . Reporter yeah. Again, theres some thought that he might win nevada, some thought he might flip minnesota. I think theyre pretty sure of arizona, texas, florida, georgia, iowa, North Carolina and ohio. The rest is kind of whats up in the air. But taking those states gets him very close. Gentlemen, great to have you with us. Lets, if we may, begin with your sense of the intensity that is demonstrated by these rallies. Some of the political pundits, savant wags are saying you cant judge the difference between a man with a bullhorn in a small crowd and the president of the United States with massive rallies. What say you, larry . Theres no question that the intensity for President Trump is absolutely off the charts. I thought it was big in 2016 when a cameraman told me hed been to vir hullly virtually everybodys rally over the past 20 years, he went to trumps and 30,000. 20,000 knew darn well they werent going to get into the venue, they just wanted to be near on this man. In 2016 there was an undercount on the part of pollsters, its probably especially greater now especially among black voters who dont tell people theyre supporting trump. So there are a lot of variables. I think some of the socalled pundits failed to take it into consideration last time and are failing this time too. Lou well, thats interesting. If i may, to turn to you, pastor jeffress, how important are the evangelicals, and how well are they, do you think or are hearing, how well are they turning out for todays vote . Well, lou, i just got off the phone with ralph reid, the head of the faith and freedom coalition. They have knocked on 5. 2 million doors of evangelicals around the country. Ask and ralph tells me and ralph tells me that the turnout exceeding what they expected in florida, in georgia, in North Carolina, in iowa. And the reason this is significant, lou, is evangelicals make up onehalf of the republican vote. And as we talked about friday night, the pew pardon me, the Public Religion Research institute estimated nine out of ten evangelicals would vote. Thats exactly whats happening right now, and 79 of them are voting for president donald trump. That is a huge tailwind for the president. Lou is this a tailwind michael, youve covered a lot of president ial elections in your, in your career. Were looking at these massive rallies, were looking at poll numbers, the effect of them has been extraordinary because they are so negative for the president right. Lou and some of them are so widely inaccurate on their face. Give us your sense of this race. We heard john roberts reporting, and it sounded very positive for the president , what hes looking at in these early hours. You know, or lou, one of the first things i learned as a political journalist was that politicians like to have their events in small spaces because its easier to fill them up, and it looks like its crowded on television, and that suggests enthusiasm. Well, President Trump has overflows. So its impossible to compare, because we have never seen as the president himself said, weve never seen this. And these chants of we love you, we love you, this is beyond politics. Now, whether its enough, i tend to think the president will win florida, and if he can hold georgia and North Carolina and ohio in the early going tonight, then i think hes certainly well positioned. I think he has several pathways from that. But floridas a big one. If he does not win florida, then i i think its going to be a very difficult next couple of days for him. Lou and john roberts just reported that its looking very good for the president in all of those states. Battlegrounds, all. Itll be interesting. The black vote, as you mentioned, larry eller, critical, it would larry elder, it would seem, to this president s victory. Have you got a sense of the enthusiasm in the black community for this president . Is it real or is it rhetorical . No, it absolutely is real, lou. Theres no question about it. Its also difficult to beat historically low black unemployment, which the president enjoyed, its also difficult to beat the First Step Act which he signed that allowed so far over 5,000 black men to have their sentences be considered and reduced an average of 75 months and 23,000 released outright. He put funding for historically black colleges on a permanent footing for the next ten years, extended money for socalled enterprise zones. Hes going double or triple the support that he got in 2016. Lou thats a powerful statement, larry. Pastor, give us your judgment, if you will, the importance of this president almost single handedly bringing god back to the public arena and taking on as no president before him has the right to life. Lou, that is so true. I mean, there is no president , democrat or republican, who has ever done more for the Faith Community than donald j. Trump. I mean, think about it, he promised a conservative judiciary. Thats what we wanted. He has now confirmed 200 federal judges to the Appellate Courts and 3 Supreme Court justices. He promised to be proreligious liberty. He signed record legislation about that. He supported israel. He has not only met, he has exceeded the expectations of the evangelicals. And it is marvelous to see, and thats why i say with confidence, you know, he won the evangelical vote in 2016 by 81 a record at that point i think he will exceed it in this election as well. And the issue of abortion is especially important. Joe biden has been bought and paid for by planned parenthood. He promotes the barbaric practice of unrestricted abortion, and no christian with a conscience can support that kind of godless platform of the democrat party. Lou and, michael, as we wrap up here, this president has turned the Republican Party in an entirely different direction than its recent history. Its no longer the corporatist party. As a matter of fact, wall street, Corporate America are beside themselves. They want to destroy him, in point of fact. He has made the Republican Party the party of the working man and woman. The party of the middle class and all who aspire to it. And whether were talking about minority groups, whether were talking about evangelicals, you can go through all the demographics, hes talking about all americans. He said hed be the president of all americans. He has changed almost without awareness on the part of the leftwing National Media and its leftwing savants, hes changed the Republican Party profoundly. How big a role will that play in the outcome of this election tonight . Well, lou, to larry elders point, if the president were to get, you know, 16, 20 of the black vote, he would not only be remaking the Republican Party, he would be remaking the Democratic Party as well. The president has shaken up everything in politics, and if he can double stamp that tonight, then i think the next four years will be a total realignment. You will see changes like weve never seen in a very long time. But if he can do it tonight, then i think the Foreign Policy establishment changes. I mean, the way he has built up the military, i mean, the list immigration lou mike efforts hes been making, all of these things up to both parties. Even if lou mike, weve got to how joe biden lou im sorry, weve got to go. Im sorry . I said lou mike biden would have a hard time going back to his old china policy after what President Trump has done. The president has revolutionized both parties. Lou michael, we great. Victor, its great to have you with us. As usual, a brilliant quote that lays it out directly. That being the choice, what choice do you think americans is have made and will, well, will be reflected in the outcome of this vote today . Well, i dont think that the democrats and the left learned anything, and they didnt forget anything. They forgot everything, and they learned nothing from 2016. So i think donald trump is going to pile up anywhere from 20120,000 vote lead in these swing states, and hes going to have a sizable lou wow. In the electoral college. Im pretty confident because i dont understand the democratic logic. They deprecate polls that were accurate in 2016, they sort of make fun of the poll thesterses pollsters, and yet they dont tell us why they would be flawed. They dont tell us what, how their methodology changed so that they wont repeat the errors of 2016. I think theyre straitjacketed, lou, by class prejudices. Theyve become the party of the rich. They outsourced this campaign to the big banks, the big media, and and they make fun of people that they dont understand. Almost reminds me of how the dream team made fun of john dowd and lawyers for donald trump who beat them or when adam schiff depracated the former devin nunes. So they have a problem, and it hinders them from looking at things empirically, i think. Lou something hindering them, because they are and well see9 what the outcome of this election is but they have pursued the Biden Campaign, biden harris seem to be, to have pursued the same philosophy as the democrats pursued in impeaching the president , calling forth a special counsel, demanding fbi investigations, all of that which President Trump has been having, has had to deal with over the course of almost every day since he became a candidate for the office. They think they can create fiction, and thats just as good as reality, and their fiction has become venal lies much like the campaign of the democratic nominee. Your thoughts. Yeah. Absolutely. I mean, when they need moderate voters, why is Kamala Harris showing a video that a basically is marxistcentric . Or why is joe biden calling for calm and voices that are shrill and shouting at a people . I dont understand. I dont understand the tactics and the methodology. After scaring the country into a covid lockdown and suggesting that it was comparable to the bubonic plague, then they expect that their own voters to come out and rally, much less come out on election day, and they bet the farm on this mailin balloting, but i think a lot of the voters are unacquit quainted unacquainted with it, theyre not sure how it works. They didnt even calculate into their data that theres about a million and a half students at these huge land grant colleges that vote 90 democratic, theyre all in the swing states, florida state, florida. Arizona, ohio sate, michigan, you name em, and theyre not in session. Theyre home. Theyre dispersed. Their registrations are often not followed up, and theyre going to news 3 or 4 lose 3 or 4 of that vote. They dont take seriously the minority vote defection is serious, and they sort of depracate that, they cant believe its going to happen. It will happen. So theres a lot of thing in play, and i dont think theyve calculated it all. You can see that, lou, with the changing diagnosis and progress know cease on these web sites and experts and pundits, the nate silvers of the world. Theyre starting to hedge, and so are the Democratic Campaign activists. Lou the pollsters who had, well, who have dominated the headlines for months on end because of their, well, their convenient resting place in the national leftwing media who absolutely hate this president for, as best as i can tell, absolutely no good reason. The president tweeted the Supreme Court decision on voting in pennsylvania is a very dangerous one. It will allow rampant and unchecked cheating and will undermine our entire systems of laws. It will also induce violence in the streets, something must be done. A straightforward statement and the view of the president which, which twitter i somehow feels empowered to censor. So people started following, and millions, and then it was five million. I just checked, 82, 87 Million People are following President Trump. So he doesnt seem to be having trouble getting his message out. What theyre doing is they are, yes, flagging those betweens. Specifically, the one you just talked about, lou, has to do with what he said regarding the pennsylvania scotus, the Supreme Court decision, saying that pennsylvania would be allowed to count ballots up until three days after today, after election day. And they felt, at least according to twitter, they would flag him just saying this was disinformation, it was casting doubt on the u. S. Day system. So you start to look at the numbers, and you see that lou well, who the hell is who the hell are they thats right. Lou who are they, lizly, to sit there lizzie, to sit there and label the president of the United States . No one empowered them to do it, they have no authority, and your thoughts. Well, the president s pointing out what could shape up to be the court battle of this election. It could be like bush versus gore. And what do i mean by that . You know, florida was only one, 537 votes. But the president is pointing out here that, essentially, the state legislature governs how the vote goes and is counted in pennsylvania. Instead, conservatives are saying that pennsylvanias allowing the courts to decide how long votes can be counted after the fact. It should be pointed out that the president won 2016 by just 80,000 votes including from michigan, pennsylvania and wisconsin. So whats happening now is the president s pointing out that the state court system is, he feels, hijacking the voting process in pennsylvania when it violates the state constitution, the state legislature upholds in terms of how the votes are counted in pennsylvania. No. Both our former cia director john brennan and james comey really dishonored their institutions. Theres been an obligation that when you accept that job that when you leave it, you still stay above politics. Thats the expectation americans haved had. Obviously, James James Comey has flaunted his politics. I think anyone in the intelligence communitys embarrassed by his antics. Lou yeah, and lets turn to your reporting on just the news. Trump promised, of course, full transparency, ordered transparency on the part of everyone in the executive branch. The state department basically told him to go to hell. How could that be, that they would not follow a direct the order of the president of the United States . Its remarkable, and i think in many ways that the permanent bureaucracys one of the things on this ballot tonight in the election which is do you want a bureaucracy thats going to be chained to the next presidency or to run the country without a president . I foiaed this document a year with ago, i started a lawsuit, i was promised before election day we would get these documents. Half of them we werent given at all, theyve made a last minute excuse to the court why they couldnt give me a lot of the documents, and then they gave me one thats a critical document about the u. S. Embassy meeting with the prosecutor whos in charge of the hunter biden case, and when i got it, its four pages, all recontacted. All white. Like a giant bottle of whiteout was wasted on it. Thats not transparency, thats not what the American People expect or the president ordered. Lou thats no, he was specific. It was a tweet, i acknowledge. But unwritten, his meaning was clear. It is, while it may not have been in its purest form a direct order from the president , everyone knew what the president wanted. And why did not the secretary of state, mike pompeo, deliver exactly what the president had ordered . Yeah, listen, if youre senator ron johnson or Chuck Grassley who ran very thorough investigations, youre asking the same questions. Im just the reporter. Ill go to court, well eventually win, but they had constitutional oversight obligations for the state department and the fbi, and time and again mike pompeos department and director withdraws department thumbed wrays department thumbed their nose at that constitutional respondent, did not turn over documents time and time and time again. Its a travesty for the American People. The ultimate losers arent ron johnson, john solomon, Chuck Grassley, theyre the American People who dont get answers from the government that they fund every day with their tax dollars. Lou yeah, its, it is frustrating beyond words to watch the perform e innocent bureaucracy, the deep state, if you will, as well as the political appointees of this president who owe their loyalty e to this president and the constitution to do exactly what he has asked for. This election is very important. It is clear that the deep state and the radical dems are counting on the victory of one joe biden. She didnt word it exactly that way. Pelosi said the house is prepared to play what she called a prominent role in deciding the outcome of the president ial election. Isnt that nice . Just dont worry about those hundreds of millions of votes. If the results are disputed. Of course, it only takes one side to dispute something, doesnt it . Speaker pelosi is also looking to expand her 31seat majority in the house. As for the senate, 35 seats there are in play tonight, 23 of those seats defended by republicans, 13 held but democrats. Lets start with the, i think the most important question certainly is who is going to win the opportunity to govern this country for the next four years. Will it be biden or President Trump . Well, lou, good to be with you. Happy election day. And it starts at the top. Look, i feel very confident about President Trump, what hes doing. Hes got the momentum right now, and thats what you want in the closing days of an election. I talked to the president this morning, hes very pumped up. He was in six states yesterday alone, all swing states. You saw the crowds, tens of thousands of people. Were seeing in the early voting a lot of enthusiasm, great lines today. So, look, i feel really good about President Trumps chances. Ands that is really our path to winning the house back. We cant win the house back if President Trump doesnt win. But in those 30 districts were President Trump won four years ago, if he does well again tonight which i think he will thats our path to win enough seats to actually fire nancy pelosi and win the majority back. Lou and you have to win how many to take back the house . A net of 17, really 19 if you count the redistricting that the Supreme Court did in North Carolina. But in the end, thats the path. And it goes through a lot of those districts that President Trump won, 30 of them, that are currently held by democrats. Who have been, by the way, voting for the radical left agenda of nancy pelosi and aoc. Frankly, theres a lot of energy for President Trump. Ive been to a lot of those districts. You see the momentum for President Trump, but that helps our republican candidates. Lou and your seasons as to whether or not sense as to whether or not you have the energy, the momentum9 and the electoral power now to take back control of the house. Yeah. Momentum is really strong right now. President trump had a great debate performance with joe biden. By the way, he said he would end oil drilling, and he talked about the green new deal. He said he doesnt support it, but then its on his web site. He says hes not for defunding police, but hes on video i saying hes on directing money away from police. He goes to pennsylvania and says hes not going to ban fracking. The problem is its on video, and people see this double speak. That means hes going to ban fracking, hes going to end drilling, hes going to work to defund the police because hes turned his agenda over to the radical left. President trump built a great economy already. When we have multiple vaccines literally in the next few weeks for to covid, we can reopen even more of our economy, and nobody better to get the economy going again than donald trump who already built the hot e economy in the history of our country, and it worked for everybody. You see from Kevin Mccarthy on down, weve all been working closely with the president and Vice President pence. I was with Vice President pence a few days ago, and pence is fired up. Hes been a great asset to the president as the Vice President. Hes great on the campaign trail. He did phenomenal, phenomenal in that debate. I thought he really did show just how far left Kamala Harris is. I think people saw that. Wow, this is a guy who could step in. We surely dont want the far left taking over on the other side, and theyre controlling biden and his agenda. Donald trumps a proven entity whos delivered for hard working families. Pennsylvania, ohio, big battleground states, wisconsin, michigan, theyre manufacturing things again. Minnesota, President Trump could shock the world and be the first president since 1972 on the republican side to win minnesota, and thats clearly in play as well. He will be watching tonights results from a war room that has been set up at the executive office building. He will in fact watching it from wherever he chooses. He has number of quite comfortable places which to view the evenings festivities and results. The president visited his Campaign Headquarters. Lou has national Campaign Headquarters today and says he feels very good about tonights prospects. Joe biden for his part will be at his home in wilmington, delaware, which he has campaigned for the presidency day in and day out. He will be watching the results with his family. Biden making a lastditch effort to spark interest with a quick visit to pennsylvania. And as of now, more than 103 million americans have voted early this year. That is more than 70 of the total turnout back in 2016. 35 of those early votes were inperson votes. 65 mailin ballots. The road to the white house of course runs through a number of battleground states. One of which is florida. And florida is where President Trump won it big four years ago. Fox businesss Ashley Webster is in the Sunshine State with the very latest for us. Ashley. Reporter lew, thank you very much. Early voting in florida has been remarkable this time around. As you remember President Trump, it was a very close race with Hillary Clinton in 2016 but we have had massive, massive early voting. In fact 9. 07 million ballots have been cast. When you think back to 2016, there was 9. 5 million ballots cast for the entire election. So plenty of interest. Im in Seminole County, lou, lake mary, north of orlando from the eastern side of the i4 corridor all the way over to tampa, traditionally a republican strong hold but you could argue it has got a little purpose tint here in recent times. It would be very interesting to see how the early votes are tabulated and what they show. We expect those to be done very quickly because florida counts quickly. They already, they keep a tabulation of the early votes as they come in. So once the polls close in less than an hour now here in this part of florida, i think well get a sense, at least a sense of the trend which could set the stage for the rest of the country but lets not forget the Florida Panhandle, theyre in central time. We have to wait until 8 00 p. M. For them. I have a guest. Linda is with the Seminole County gop, youre the chair of the Seminole County gop party here. Linda, what can we expect tonight . We know the polls close 7 00 where we are, 8 00 in the panhandle. But will we get a result. Will florida be called tonight . I think from will be called quickly and called for President Trump. Here in Seminole County we usually get results about 7 30, maybe quarter to 8 00 at latest. Reporter this huge wave of voters is perhaps on Donald Trumps side . Absolutely. You have to go back to 1948, that good man harry truman. It has been a long time since a republican won here. The polls close as we say in just under an hour. Fox businesss Connell Mcshane in bristol, pennsylvania, this evening and he has the latest read on the state. Connell . Reporter lew, it is interesting coming on after ashley, although the tends are the in person, versus people who might vote early by mail the significance is different here in pennsylvania or florida. So many people vote early in florida. Not as many percentagewise do here in pennsylvania. The campaigns know how important day of vote is. Joe biden to your earlier point spent a last Minute Campaign stop on election day. He was in philadelphia, 25 or 30 miles from where we are in bucks county. He is trying to turn out the innercity vote to his advantage. President trump is trying to turn out rural voters to his advantage. Here in bucks county, one of the counties could go either way. Hillary clinton won it barely last time around. We were out at a bunch of locations earlier. We saw long lines. People waiting over an hour to vote. There was certainly a lot of enthusiasm on both sides. That is the inperson side. The mailin vote we saw 2 1 2 Million People vote early in pennsylvania. It will be interested to see how that is counted throughout the night. I was spoking to local bucks county officials earlier. They started process 7 00 this morning. When the polls close at 8 00 tonight, they will start at least in bucks county to tabulate or count the ballots. On after the bell i was speaking to White House Communications director alyssa farah talking about, that they do have concerns about the counting in pennsylvania. Here is what she said . We want to count ballots accurately. We dont want to extend the deadlines. Really not just something weve seen in modern American History where the results are potentially called but people are still casting ballots after the fact. So that is it what were concerned about but the president s got a team deployed there we do in states where we have some of these concerns. Were confident that the right results will be out for the American People. Reporter so this will be a state to watch no doubt. It seems, even after tonight, it is unlikely many peoples estimations that there will be a call made in pennsylvania tonight to get at what alyssa farah was talking about, what Election Officials told us. It is not people were voting after election day. Their votes may not come in until after election day. The state has three days, as long as a ballot is postmarked by today, november 3rd to count the ballots. That could take us until friday. As the old saying goes, lou, we could be here for a while in pennsylvania. Well be watching. Lou it will be difficult to tell whether people were voting or just simply waiting or just barely hitting the deadline. Connell mcshane, thanks so much. Appreciate it. Another crucial voting bloc for President Trump today will be black voters. The president has recently enjoyed more than 40 Approval Ratings from black voters in the most recent polling. Even comcast nbc news ran the headline, the trump vote is rising among blacks and hispanics despite the conventional wisdom. I dont know if it is conventional wisdom or just socalled view of the left. Joining us tonight is conservative author, speaker, david harris, jr. And i shared that because of his actions, his actual policies that have been impacting the black Community Since he took office. You know came in, saying what the hell do you have to lose . He came in and delivered historic prison reform. Something that obamabiden did not get done. He delivered the low of the Unemployment Rate in the black community in history. Along with hispanic unemployment and 60 plusyear low for women. He also, then also brought us historic funding for historical black colleges and universities, again something the Obamabiden Administration did not do. He came in saying what the hell did you have to lose . He brought policies and kept promises and that was just, that was just getting started. Now he unveiled the platinum plan which is actually going to be one of the biggest, monumental aspects of growth and development for the black community that this country has ever seen. So now he is not just talking, now he is not just talking and producing promises but now he actually has a plan, something the bidenKamala Harris administration has yet to do, unveil any type of plan that will bring any positive impact to the black community. Anything they have done from the black community, locking up black individuals for smoking weed to the 94 crime bill, everything they have got has been detrimental for the black community. This president , donald j. Trump, im so proud and honored i cast my vote again for him this election cycle. Im proud for him to become the next president of the United States. My thoughts on clyburn, anybody else that wants to try to use the name of the lord jesus christ, my lord and savior any reason whatsoever to pray for those that are voting for donald trump is theyre derived and theyre using, theyre being used by the enemy to deceive the people. The idea that, we have john durham, you were being just a little, a little, what would i say, accommodating with the durham investigation and it looks pretty clear there is nothing there. The American People are wasting money, tax money, well actually it is the Justice Department wasting tax money but our money is being wasted by the attorney general. This is very disappointing, isnt it . It is but it is kind of consistent with the way this Justice Department has operated. Put out a mr. Uber. Remember mr. Hueber, to distract lou john, as i recall. Keep us all distracted. With hueber. Then mr. Durham comes along, gives the deep state breathing room to mount another challenge against the president. What i think is most scandalous about the state were in is, you know, there is going to be political opposition to the president but presumably if they commit crimes they should be investigated and prosecuted appropriately. And that never happened. And durham, if this leak is true, it certainly confirms the way durham has been operating. They never investigated obama directly. They never questioned biden directly. Mr. Barr made it clear earlier this year that they were not going to be directing anything at them. Now we know the fbi and Justice Department have been covering up for joe biden. What is the reason for that coverup . To make it easier for him to defeat President Trump. I mean thats the simple conclusion. I dont know that for a fact but it sure seems that way to anyone with a brain would seem to me. Lou well, it is interesting. The left is making terrible fun of Trump Supporters and voters. Its become a commonplace occurrence and theyre talking down to their own supporters and this president is has become the greatest advocate in memory of the working man and women in this country, our middle class, all who aspire to it. He has changed the direction of the Republican Party and yet we seem to have a bunch of elites sitting at the state department, over at the Justice Department, who dont get the fact that this president is changing the direction of history here. He truly is having an extraordinary impact on the american destiny. Were fulfilling that destiny. The american dream. No president has embraced it, nor, attempted to preserve it and nuture it like this president. You know, however things turn out today it is pretty clear that because of President Trumps leadership and advocacy against corruption, calling out these institutions we now know more ever than before how corrupt the state agencies is and how corrupt media is, and how corrupt big tech is. Weve seen the institutions break in the president calling them out for corruption. Well see if it, if theyre able to secede in removing him. I suspect they wont be able to do. I think there will be a last gasp effort to try to subvert the Election Results through either continuing to count, contrary to federal law, or pushing it politically into other areas Like Congress where they get congress to decide, but if i were the president , by the way, lou, and i saw that i was winning and had won, i would push for the states to stop counting any ballots that arrive after election day. That way lies fraud. It is contrary to federal law, election day is one day, not a week or a month. It is today. That will be the big fight. We know theyre desperate enough, why theyre desperate to stop it from happening because they face prosecution if President Trump gets his way. Lou but the Supreme Court, at least in one case has already spoken, accepting that premise that, there could be an extended period of time in pennsylvania, for example, because, well, the government, the State Government and its institutions decided that they wanted that. That is not the law at all. What i dont understand is, what has happened to originalism on this court to which President Trump is now appointed three justices because originalism requires that you follow the text and meaning of the founders and its in plain english, that that is a constitutional requirement that has just been rebuffed by the u. S. Supreme court in that one decision. They have, will likely have, i should say the opportunity to fix that in the coming days but, it is urgently needed. Your thoughts on that as we wrap up here, tom . I think that ought to be the point, that they need to address the issue that federal statute in three different places says election day is today practically speaking and counting ballots that arrive after election day is contrary to federal law. I mean, should we count ballots through december 5th . , through december 6th . Through next year . By that logic there is no deadlines at all. I think members of the court who are ready to rule to restrict this gamesmanship and shell game that theyre planning with, by counting ballots that arrive after the election with or without postmarks. Lou the democrats are playing the high court and anyone who buys that specious reasoning in pennsylvania for abject fools. Were going to win decisively in florida and in georgia, North Carolina is going to be in President Trumps column. Were going to win in arizona. Were going to win enormously in ohio tonight. And that puts us on a pathway to 270. Were excited about what were seeing across the country. Lou that is an extraordinarily confident statement youve made there. Your optimism, frankly i never heard you speak that optimistically about an election before. Not even 2016. That is, youre going to, i think, well, lets put it this way. You will put a high bar for everybody else on the broadcast throughout the evening now. Youre that confident, of the results . You know what . , you know what, lou . We are. Were seeing record turnouts in the places that we need to have our Trump Supporters turn out. And that is what the game is, lou. We have to win those states to get to 270 electoral votes. That is what were seeing. Were seeing it in precinct after precinct, town and city, in rural areas and in suburban areas. That the president is turning out numbers that we, quite frankly are astonishing. Were excited about it. We are in the hunt and we are going to win the state of pennsylvania tonight. And i got to tell you, were in the hunt in wisconsin and michigan and minnesota and it is going to come down to every last vote. Lou does that mean it will come down to days and days more of counting in those battleground states . Well we certainly hope not. We see the corruption, that is the biden machine. And we hope that they dont try to go and steal this thing. Look, we want, well have our lawyers. We have an incredible array of people, lawyers in every state, ready to do battle in court to make sure one person, one vote. That we make sure that people who ought to be voting are voting. We want every vote to count. We want to make sure it is done the right way. That is what is going to support the law and order of the voter process. Were not going to just have willynilly ballots out there with no names. Were not going to be doing this a week from now. We need a result tonight. Eastern. 8 00 central. Mike, what can you tell us . Reporter tell you with 2 1 2 hours to go until the polls close, the head of Wisconsin Election Commission megan wolf said things are moving along smoothly. Like most of the nation, with all the attention wisconsin received, wisconsin is looking at record numbers in terms of Voter Participation and turnout. Here at central count in milwaukee, theyre counting early and absentee ballots. They have 162,000 of them to go through. You have 400 volunteers who are busy counting them. Theyre expecting to work until the wee small hours of the night across the state. 2. 1 million ballots were requested. 1. 9 million were returned. It will take time to in two counties, calumet. There was a problem with the printing. 13,500 ballots will need to be redone by hand. All of that adds up to things moving along quickly. Thats why this permanent bureaucracy and democratic politicians threw everything they could to destroy President Trump during the campaign, the transition, and his administration and they mailed. Now, the second term, President Trump has an opportunity to bring in a new crop of officials to streamline these agencies, to clean house. And to make it clear to these federal bureaucrats, who are paid by the taxpayer, their job is to do their job and keep politics out of their work. That is why this election is so crucial. I know the president wants to do this. You and i know heads will roll after the election. I just cant wait. Lou its, this president , when he wins election, if he wins tonight, it is, it is incumbent upon, i would think those who have resisted him throughout, to take some reflection about their role over the past four years, four 1 2 years, really, in trying to obstruct his agenda, in trying to overthrow him but were not talking about simply the deep state. Were also talking about the radical dems. This president has had to fight the national, the Corporate National leftwing media. Those corporations, at t, comcast, disney, the list goes on and on and on. Massive economic power and massive political power that they turned against this president and have attacked him daily. Were talking about big tech. Were talking about wall street. Were talking about social media there is going to be an accounting and this country has to come to terms with the fact that there needs to be a rebalancing of power both in media, and the economy. And wall street. The president had two problems coming into office four years ago. First off he was an outsider and he was not used to fighting the swamp in washington. With the ridiculous impeachment effort. That is all done now. President trump has gotten past that he now has four Years Experience working with these characters. He knows what theyre up to. He hasnt had, this man has stood alone against these tremendous forces that control much of our society and, great deal of our economy. He, that hasnt even been an issue. This mans strength and his individual commitment to the national interests, america first, and the American People, is with, i mean it is unquestionable. It is unprecedented in point of fact, in the modern era. How and where does he begin to roll back these people who would, you know, tear asunder this great nation . I see a set of new trump appointees given very strict instructions to clean house, to streamline. To get rid of waste and corruption, make it very clear exactly what the president wants. We cant have more people lou does he have a sufficient mandate, does he have a sufficient mandate in your judgment to go before the democrats who control the congress and who may have more control, more influence rather than, not control, at least presumably, in the senate . A mandate they would have to defer to the president in his choice, his nominations, to the heads of departments and agencies . Because that has been a huge issue. Will the resistance go on and what must he do to end it . The resistance will go on. The democrats in the senate, they will try to block this. President trump has to push ahead anyway. There are ways to get people into positions without confirming them, if necessary. But i mean, this is lou he has done that though. An important point in our history, lou. If this isnt done i think the bureaucracy will be unsalvageable.
