Feds seeks to stop CDCR from violating prison guards' religious beliefs – The Vacaville Reporter

The legal filing alleges that although many officers had performed their jobs successfully for years while wearing facial hair, CDCR adopted a revised facial hair policy last year, forcing officers to shave their beards or lose their jobs, said U.S. Attorney Phillip A.
