Fort Hood uses new missing persons policy to help find soldier safe over the weekend

Months after overhauling its missing persons policy following the slaying of Army Spc. Vanessa Guillen last year, Fort Hood leaders this weekend successfully used its new rules to find another missing soldier by asking the public for help.
