Fort Worth police to 'aggressively' pursue arrests in fentanyl deaths with new state law

Sgt. Benjamin Scott Banes said Fort Worth police responded to an average of three fatal fentanyl poisonings a week in 2023. He says new Texas law gives the department “something to work with.”
