i would like that deal, put me on a board, i would love to get paid. one of the grandchildren that got paid, what did they do for the money? it gets back to joe biden. joe biden on december 4, 2015, while hunter was in dubai with burisma executives, december 4, 2015, one phone call pops was put on speaker and we have other messages that corroborate the burisma executive were feeling the heat from that prosecutor, his name is viktor shokin investigating the oil giant and the president's son. from that point on, joe beginning to make his move, which culminated in him leveraging 1 billion taxpayer dollars to get this prosecutor fired which resulted in his son hunter continue to get paid, that was the enrichment of his family. that would be a textbook, in my view, i'm not an attorney, i'll let's them weigh in, definition of bribery allegation that needs to be investigated. david weiss question, original question, which is very important. david weiss supposedly had been investigating for four years, entering year five. when you listen to the irs whistleblowers, they were very, very clear, what reason would career whistleblowers have to lie and put their career and pension on the line? those career whistleblowers, okay, they said that david weiss said to all of them as they were taking contemporaneous notes in fact he did not have jurisdiction over hunter biden in relation to other investigations like out in washington, d.c. and out in california. merrick garland testified under oath that in fact he did have that jurisdiction, that is an open question. bottom line is simple, why pay someone with no experience who at the time is admitted crack addict, millions of dollars for seemingly no other reason except for the brand devon archer talks about and i can tell you the brand is not hunter biden. the brand is joe biden, vice president. all fingers point to that. and one other point, eric scherwin was like the money man for this operation and in the laptop, there are e-mails where he specifically is being asked by hunter, how do i pay this bill for dad? how do i pay for this home repair for dad? and hunter famously complaining half his income going to pops and tony bobulinski say, set aside 10% for the big guy. tie it together and ask the questions and joe biden has a serious bribery, money laundering scandal allegation in front of him. >> steve: this is something, the white house thought was going to go away. deal made with prosecution and lawyers, but a few weeks ago in front of the judge in delaware, prosecution said we'll be able to go after him in the future and hunter biden lawyer said, you can't, he can never be prosecuted, they are worried donald trump or republican could be elected. the deal breaker -- as jelly roll practices in the background. sounds as if hunter biden thinks his dad is going to lose. >> sean: does sound like that, they have a fear of losing. i would argue this scandal and joe biden having major fall, one step away from the first domino following over of prominent democrat saying he needs to get out of this race. the point you were making, steve, this is critical. why didn't prosecutor weiss charge him with fara violations? we know from the whistleblower and other reporting that his own office was recommending felony tax charges on hunter. almost unheard of he would go against his own office, something significant like that. why the sweetheart deal and provision locked into the gun portion of the gun determent portion of this deal. why did they sneak in there, he got a get out of jail free card for all time as relates to any other criminal activity he might have been involved in. we're following this and every detail and i have great respect for abby, he's a rock star attorney, he's at the top of the list, not many great lawyers there. however, the evidence is becoming overwhelming and i think hunter is no longer the real story here, i think the evidence on him is overwhelming and ircontro vertable and we need a special counsel from the outside. in that sense, appointment of weiss is a farce and sham and covers for david weiss, we won't have to answer the question about the conflicting story he gave to congress, versus irs whistleblowers. merrick garland will not be forced to answer that question. i would love to comment, but it is ongoing investigation. >> ainsley: what do you think about the two-tier justice system, joe biden's family gets a sweetheart deal and trump gets possibly a fourth indictment, weaponized doj, what do you say to people that are losing faith?
