She wants that moment that makes her the full Brat Girl will or make him look like a bully. Rachel and she owned him. Thats what shes Focus On. Hes Focus On economic numbers, on border and the crime, and hes talking about bringing down these wars. Meanwhile, the New York Times Opinion Columnist carlos lo Saad Doe said this is the Challenge Harris has. She will have to the the face off against biden, his shifting views. Her support if possessor are eager to watch her prosecute the Case Existence Trump in their debate, but when it comes to the biden years, harris is both prosecutor and, Reformer And Contrast and continuity, and thats a harder sell. So thats interesting, who has the harder task at that debate. Is it Donald Trump, as a you said, having to fend off, you know, her attack, or is it her that shes got an almost impossible task to do . Will i dont know. I think if this was a pregame analysis, its really hard to predict. If she has objectively the harder case to prosecute as you just read from that quote. I just think i have become increasingly convinced, and im not dismissive of this farkts im just acknowledging much of the electorate votes on how they feel, not what they think. And when you push policies, youre appealing to how people think. And and thats true, you should. People should do things according to how they think. But should isnt what governs the world or, and people vote how they feel. And i think that when men debate women, it is a very hard dynamic for a man. If i were debating pete, i would be empowered to be as aggressive as i want to be. I could interrupt you and just totally people would not feel they might, a lot of people dont like interruptions and Crossaudiocassette Tasker but i could go at you hard. But if i debate you rachel i would kill you. [laughter] will it totally changes the calculus. Pete can i moderate the debate between Will And Rachel . Will everybody feels differently about me if i start interrupting you, if i go too ayes, sir i havely at you, and All Of A Sudden im a jerk. Rachel i think youre right, and thats one e level. But theres another level. First of all, do you feel like were, as a country, in a really bad state . Most people do. Most people are worried about where were at as a country. So the crime thats being committed and, again, this show is not about new York City. It happens to be in midtown man hat tap, but midtown manhattan, whats happening here place out in other cities because of the policies that here. Were finally admitting Hat Illegals are causing a lot of the crime. So two councilmen are calling on Governor Hochul concern. Will republican and democrat, bipartisan coalition. Pete heir the calling on Governor Hochul to thats an important mint, its one thing for republicans. Its the not working. Here they are on Special Report yesterday. We believe we have public support. We believe that New Yorkers are frustrated. They are seeing rising Crime Numbers where there are high concentrations of migrants. Whether you agree with the policy or not, if youre a resident of even the most progressive neighborhoods of new york, you are noticing there is more crime. And not just the crime aspect, but also the money aspect. This year its going to cost Us 5 Billion to the House And Care for this population. The services that are required by the migrants who are coming to new York City are immense. Theyre costing us an enormous amount of money. We just simply do not have the resources to keep on footing this bill. Will so the reason this story and i appreciate your point that were not a new York City show. The reason the story, i think, has resonance beyond new York City is twofold. New York City and 75 of the rest is symbolic of something thats happening every where else. Well, i think that that its clear Kamala Harris needs this debate more than Donald Trump, and if that werent the case, i dont think her team would have agreed to do it in the first place. That should tell you something about their internal polling. She needs this debate because shes failed to prove how shes different from joe biden, and shes even failed to prove how shes different than Donald Trump to the a certain extent or considering the few policies shes released are also trump powells. Policies. I actually think its quite telling that her team is already setting the bar low for her saying shes at a kiss advantage. I actually agree with hem on. That however, not because of the rules as theyve claimed, but because as you guys know, when were preparing for a panel with someone whos going to the challenge us on our belief or when were going to have to do the challenging, thats a sort of muscle that you have to exercise regularly to be good at. When was the last time Kamala Harris was in a hostile environment taking challenging questions . Will right. Probably back in 2019 when she was running for president the last time. She has not done this in four years. Will right. And theres also the disadvantage for her that the longer shes exposed to the public, the more people can dislike her. Again, we saw this play out in 2019, and it seems to be playing out exactly will because of that, i would have disagreed with you about she needs this debate more than Donald Trump. I do think its their strategy, seems undeniable, and i dont think its a dumb strategy to keep her away from everybody, just dont expose her. Dont expose her lack of spontaneity, her policies. So the debate is a moment where shes going to have to be exposed. In a way, i think its more important for Donald Trump, this debate, because i think shed rather stay hidden, but the polls are moving. Thats why i think its starting to become more important. We dug in, and it turns out there is an uptick, a pretty big one, many scams like this against Social Security benefits. Her letter said we regret to inform you your social Security Number has been temporarily suspended due to the detection the of suspicious and unlawful activity. So you get a letter like that, and it went on, of course, to much more urgent language which was, like, hey, youve got to do the something. I dont want to lose my benefits. Its a complete scam. Absolutely avoid scams like this. Anything that triggers that sense of urgency, anything that you didnt is ask for, anything that didnt come in the mail that then you could verify independently, it is likely a scam. But it is not stopping everyday, smart people, you, me. We will all click this stuff because our its just grabbing at our emotions. So how you avoid scams like these, well, delete yourself from the internet is one of the best ways to do it. When you remove or you get a service is, i mean, you can spend hours doing it yourself, you could use one of these services that does it as a subscription, they scrub you off the internet constantly.
