Frisco office project filling up with new leases
Frisco Station building is 90% leased with MTX Group deal.

Several big leases have pushed occupancy at a new Frisco office building above 90%.
The Offices Two at Frisco Station is just west of the Dallas North Tollway and is part of the $1.8 billion Frisco Station mixed-use project, which surrounds the Dallas Cowboys’ Star mixed-use development.
Tech firm MTX Group Inc. has leased 20,000 square feet of space in the building.
And beverage firm Keurig Dr Pepper has taken space in the 210,000-square-foot project, too.
